or a Public Benefit Corporation Thereof and
Federal Government Agencies)
Insures that, at date of policy, no environmental protection liens filed in accordance with state law against the land, except as may be disclosed in Schedule B. Only environmental protection liens file under federal law post-closing can prime the lien of the insured mortgage.

Searches must be conducted for environmental protection liens in the Clerk’s office.
